A group of people from Els Joncs Foundation Special Work Center (CET), under the supervision of a tutor, temporarily works at the facilities of a company that has hired the work enclave to do a specific task.
The advantages of hiring a work enclave for your company are:

- Increase of flexibility.
- The workers travel to the client's venue, which allows an immediate quality and results control.
For the people who participate in the work enclave, they have the following advantages:

The Els Joncs Foundation provides companies with mechanisms for the LISMI fulfilment, which is compulsory for companies with more than 50 employees. The law is effective with the obligation to hire a number of workers with a disability of not less than 2% of the workforce, and the labour law provides subsidies and bonuses for the company. Companies may be exempted from this obligation by applying alternative measures.
We provide solutions as alternative measures contemplated by LISMI from our Special Work Centre (CET):
-Donations of a monetary nature, the value of them is at least 1.5 times the IPREM (Public Indicator of Income of Multiple Effects) for each post reserved for people with disabilities.
-Take out services from the Special Work Centre with a minimum value of 3 times the annual IPREM for each post reserved for a person with disabilities.
